How and why do development organisations communicate about their work? Which audiences do they target, and what media platforms do they use? How well are their communications teams equipped to face challenges like misinformation or Artificial Intelligence?
In 2025, the OECD DevCom Network surveyed 19 ministries and agencies in DAC member and partners countries to understand how they approach communications.
